| The facility rental fee includes the use of all the indoor
tables and chairs, 200 outdoor chairs for a ceremony, chocolate
brown underlays for the tables, china, flatware, stemware,
both the tasting room and reception hall (which can accommodate
up to 250), decks, and the lawn. *2012 Sunday discount does not
apply to holiday weekends including Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day. |

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS
- To hold a date, the Event Manager will need a signed contract
and the required deposit. There is no tentative booking or
penciling in.
- The deposit is applied towards the balance of
the event.
- With weddings and rehearsal dinners, the 2nd payment of
50% of the remaining balance is due three months prior to
the event.
- The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the event.
- Bar items billed on consumption such as mixed drinks and
bottled beer may be billed after the event.
- For a private event, it is the same policy to hold the
date and the entire balance is due two weeks prior to the
event.
- A $500 security deposit is required. This deposit
is applied towards the event invoice. If the clean up is
satisfactory and no damages have occurred this remains
as a credit towards the event. Should damages occur, Veritas
Vineyards & Winery will apply the $500 towards the
damages and bill the renter the remaining invoice amount
plus damage repair fees over and above the $500.

| CATERING |
| We have our own chef and a very professional catering staff.
We are a licensed restaurant and therefore do not allow outside caterers
to come in. We also have an ABC license and will provide beer and mixed
drinks in addition to our wines if desired. The only instance in which
outside wine is allowed to be brought in is if the Bride & Groom have
a special bottle for themselves to share. Otherwise, there is a $10 corkage
fee per bottle. |

| ADDITIONAL INFORMATION |
| The tasting room and Mezzanine are open to the public until 5:30 p.m.,
seven days a week. The facility as a whole cannot be “turned over” to
a private event until 6:00 p.m. but tents and rental equipment can arrive
any time during business hours. Tents and other rentals should be scheduled
for removal on the day following the event, unless other arrangements are
made. |

| MUSIC |
| We welcome either DJ's or bands as electronically amplified music is
permitted. This includes the use of stereos or any speaker system that
requires plugging into an electrical outlet. All music must be stopped
by 11:30 p.m. |
